Northern Greece, Thrace, ca. 9th to 5th century BCE; Roman, Republic to Imperial period, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. A collection of ancient bronze and copper alloy items: a lidded jar, 10 Greco-Roman projectile points with trilobate forms and socketing holes, and 2 flattened examples of arrowhead currency. Thracian arrowhead money refers to a form of ancient trade currency: petite arrowheads made of metal, typically bronze, that were valued by their weight. Size of jar: 1.78" L x 1.65" W (4.5 cm x 4.2 cm)
