Near East, Persia, Islamic, Safavid to Qajar Dynasty, ca. 18th to 19th century CE. A pretty stoneware vessel with a raised rim, a short, sloped shoulder, and swollen walls that narrow to a ring-form foot. All enveloped in white glaze, the exterior of the vase presents blue-on-white decoration of elaborate floral, geometric, and arabesque motifs. Size: 8.8" Diameter x 9.7" H (22.4 cm x 24.6 cm)
