Latin America, Mexico, Spanish Colonial period ca. 18th century CE. A lovely dagger with a carbon steel blade and a brass hilt. The long, slender blade displays convex faces that taper to form sharp edges around the entirety of its triangular form. Decorated in a beautiful starburst and floral motif, the hilt features a cuboid crossguard, an elongated ovoid grip, and a petite discoid pommel. Size: 11.375" L x 1.3" W (28.9 cm x 3.3 cm)
