Native American/First Nations, Canada to Greenland, Inuit, ca. 19th to early 20th century CE. An intriguing implement carved from the bone of a bovine or another ungulate in a slender rectangular form, resembling a long fish. The fascinating tool presents rounded on one end and flat on the other, with the rounded end cut into two separate sections to resemble an open mouth.
