Description:

**Originally Listed At $300**

Western Europe or United States / Canada, ca. 19th century to early 20th century CE. Two interesting antique iron and wood shoe attachments for winter and icy weather. The first is a crampon or cleat - circular with spikes and rings to secure to the bottom of a shoe for traction. The other is a flat iron plate riveted to wood to also tie to a shoe - like a sled runner or miniature ski, rather than a skate, since the iron is broad and flat rather than blade like. Size of wood ski: 10" L x 1.75" W (25.4 cm x 4.4 cm)
