An impressive leaded bronze mirror boasting a relief verso of Horai-zan, the Island of Immortality, 2 cranes beside a turtle-shaped handle enveloped in intricate, vegetal motifs of pines and bamboo. The elaborate verso is surrounded by an elevated rim, while the face of the mirror presents a smooth, lustrous surface. Size: 4.5" Diameter (11.4 cm)
