Description:

Mexico, ca. 1880 to 1900 CE. An antique Santa Maria with articulated arms, her body covered with caramel brown leather, stitched to hug the curvaceous form. Though once dressed in traditional robes, the attention to detail on this form is impressive. Notice the finely delineated fingers for instance. Beyond the body, is her marvelous porcelain face with inlaid pale blue eyes, painted arched brows, a refined nose, heart-shaped lips, and middle-parted coiffure incised with lovely waves. Custom stand. Size: 15.25" H (38.7 cm); 16" H (40.6 cm) on stand
