Arizona, Hopi Tribe, 20th century CE. This is a vintage Native American Hopi Pottery Bowl by Anita Polacca (Naha) b. 1929, signed on the bottom by the artist. The bowl is shallow, with curved sides, and a thunderbird motif in the interior. The exterior is burnished, earthy red with black details around the rim. Size: 9" W x 3" H (22.9 cm x 7.6 cm)

Provenance: Ex - Gill collection acquired at Arte Primitivo Gallery, NYC.
