Native American, Northwestern United States or Canada, Alaska, Inuit or Aleut people, ca. mid-20th century CE. A pair of handmade moccasins for a child or petite woman made from caribou hide and decorated with glass beading. The caribou is fur is turned inside, covering just the heel area. The toe box has a red accent strip then a simple flower motif in red and blue seed beads. Size: 9" L x 3.5" W x 3" H (22.9 cm x 8.9 cm x 7.6 cm)
