Description:

South America, Peru, ca. 1920 to 1930 CE. An interesting carnival apron featuring a myriad of embroidered figures and details in a painter's palette of color. Scores of sequins and embroidered flowers give a bright burst of color to the military scene, and a pair of radiating suns adorn the shoulders which flank a circular head opening.
