Description:

Europe, Neoclassical period, ca. 19th century CE. A wonderful trio of cameos, all skillfully hand-carved from seashell to present Classical busts. Alternatively, the most petite piece features the bust of beardless male draped in a toga with a luscious, coiled coiffure. Size of largest (Persephone): 2.1" W x 2.7" H (5.3 cm x 6.9 cm)
