Description:

Roman / Romano Egyptian, Imperial period, ca. 1st to 3rd century CE. A compelling trio of leaded bronze figurines from the Roman Imperial period, each embodying a distinct aspect of ancient symbolism and function: a seated figure of Harpocrates rooted in Romano-Egyptian religious practice, a steelyard weight modeled as a male bust, and a bold anthropomorphic head crowned with a rectangular headdress. Together, they form a rare assemblage that bridges myth, daily life, and artistic expression - now beautifully presented in a custom display case. Size of largest (Harpocrates): 1.1" W x 2.9" H (2.8 cm x 7.4 cm); of case: 6.5" L x 3" W x 5" H (16.5 cm x 7.6 cm x 12.7 cm)

Kindly note that the label affixed to the display case, reading "Female Figurines / Jericho / 800 B.C.E.," is inaccurate and does not reflect the correct attribution.
