Description:

Roman, early Imperial Period, ca. 1st century CE. A beautiful ampulla bottle of a petite form, made from canes of white, sky blue, and cool mint green hues which create a mosaic-style presentation. The form of vessel is defined by a piriform body with a cylindrical neck pinched at its lower end, and a thick rim with an out-folded lip. Faint areas of silvery and rainbow-hued iridescence nicely complement the vessel's coloration. Size: 1.7" in diameter x 3.25" H (4.3 cm x 8.3 cm)
