**Originally Listed At $500**

Native American, Eastern Plains, ca. early 20th century CE. A beautiful beaded pouch, featuring one side completely covered with a glass seed beaded pattern of two large red flowers with pale green leaves against a brilliant steely blue with a banded blue and green border. The other side allows much of the deer hide that forms the pouch to shine through, undecorated, with a single delicate pink flower with green leaves beaded into its center, surrounded by a thin, mainly white border. The handle is beaded on one side and soft hide on the other. The pouch can be dated using its zip, which is marked "Talon", from the company founded in Chicago in 1893. The interior is lined with colorful cotton fabric. Size does not include handle: 8.5" W x 6.5" H (21.6 cm x 16.5 cm)
