Description:

Ancient Egypt, New Kingdom, 18th to 20th Dynasty, ca. 1550 to 1077 BCE. A wonderful, mold-made pottery ushabti standing mummiform with fused legs and arms crossed at chest, all adorned in traces of yellow, white, blue, and black pigments. The figure gazes out from elongated eyes above a bulbous nose and full lips, all framed by a tripartite wig with incised decoration. Size: 1.9" W x 6.8" H (4.8 cm x 17.3 cm); 7.4" H (18.8 cm) on included custom stand.
