Egypt, Late Period, ca. 664 to 332 BCE. Shabti in traditional mummiform pose wearing tripartite wig and false beard, arms folded across chest holding crook and flail, hieroglyphic text down front. Pillar down back dates to 26th Dynasty or later. Size: Stands about 4-3/4"H (12 cm).

Provenance: Ex - Jones collection, Boulder, CO, Ex-private European collection acquired at Hotel Druout, Paris, France in 2000.
