Description:

Ancient Egypt, Late Dynastic Period, 26th to 31st Dynasty, ca. 664 to 332 BCE. A cast leaded-bronze figure of Osiris, god of the underworld, standing with a heka scepter and flagellum (nekhakh) in each hand. He wears a plaited false beard beneath his Atef Crown, and thick patina has developed across the surfaces over the centuries. Size: 0.875" L x 2.2" W x 6.4" H (2.2 cm x 5.6 cm x 16.3 cm); 11.375" H (28.9 cm) on included custom stand.
