Description:

Egypt, Late Dynastic Period, 26th to 31st Dynasty, ca. 664 to 332 BCE. A fine mold-formed faience ushabti standing in mummiform atop an integral plinth. The figure holds the symbolic pick and hoe in hands crossed atop the chest, has angular shoulders, and displays a seed bag behind the left shoulder.
