Description:

Ancient Egypt, New Kingdom, 18th to 20th Dynasty, ca. 1554 to 1070 BCE. A mold-formed pottery relief panel of a rectangular form with raised edges. Decoration shows an illegible cartouche with a uraeus cobra on either side flanked with columns of faded hieroglyphic text. Beneath the cartouche is a scene showing one figure kneeling in front of another while holding an offering. Size: 2.5" W x 3.2" H (6.4 cm x 8.1 cm).
