Ancient Egypt, Third Intermediate Period to Late Dynastic Period, 21st to 31st Dynasty, ca. 1070 to 332 BCE. A set of 4 mold-formed, green-glazed faience amulets depicting the wadjet (also wedjat or Eye of Horus), an ancient symbol of protection. Also included is a hand-carved stone wadjet amulet, perhaps carved from granite or another speckled stone. Size of largest (stone): 0.2" L x 0.8" W x 0.7" H (0.5 cm x 2 cm x 1.8 cm)
