A beautiful section of a Huari / Wari textile depicting 5 mythological animorphic and anthropomorphic figures woven from naturally dyed camelid fibers of chocolate brown, smoky blue, tawny orange, creamy beige, true claret, and charcoal black hues upon a ground of various shades of red. Professionally mounted upon canvas covered stretchers. Size: textile itself measures 21" L x 3.25" W (53.3 cm x 8.3 cm); 24" L x 5.125" W (61 x 13 cm) mounted
