Roman, Early Byzantine Empire, ca. 307 to 337 CE; Greece, Macedon, Philip III Arrhidaios, ca. 323 to 319 BCE. A Siscia minted bronze follis coin and a very fine Greek silver drachm coin! The silver drachm in the name and types of Alexander III, Sardes mint. Obverse: head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin. Reverse: Zeus seated left with eagle, torch in left field. The bronze follis is Siscia minted circa 318 CE. Obverse: Helmeted and armored bust with spear and shield to the left. Reverse: Two Victories holding a vota shield with inscription above an altar. Size of Greek Drachm: 0.64" L (1.6 cm); silver quality: 98.6%; weight: 4.3 grams; bronze follis: 0.73" L (1.9 cm); weight: 2.9 grams
