Description:

**Originally Listed At $500**

United States, ca. 1950s to 1960s CE. A handmade child-sized mannequin doll, dressed and painted to resemble a Native American man, made from wooden limbs covered with a soft batting and resin hands and head with synthetic hair. The clothing consists of corduroy pants, flannel shirt and button up vest and a copper bracelet and belt. Interestingly the leather moccasins are Walt Disney memorabilia stamped "Davy Crockett" with the titular character in a coonskin cap. This standing doll was probably a prop for a western or country style souvenir shop or general store. Size: 13" W x 37.5" H (33 cm x 95.2 cm)
