A fossilized Asaphellus stubbsi trilobite preserved in a natural stone matrix, showing the classic three-lobed body plan with a raised central axial lobe and broad pleural lobes. The semicircular cephalon shows the glabella and eye positions, followed by a segmented thorax and a rounded pygidium forming the tail shield.
