Ancient West Africa, Morocco, ca. 6000 to 4000 BCE. A fine ensemble of 24 knapped stone arrowheads of triangular forms exhibiting black, dark grey, red, beige, and amber hues. Many of the arrowheads bear a pair of projecting fins on the back corners, with one exhibiting a singular solid back fin, and one with a protruding tang. Size of largest: 1.5" L x 0.6" W (3.8 cm x 1.5 cm)

Provenance: private southwestern Pennsylvania, USA collection, acquired prior to 2000
