Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Jalisco, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. Three hand built and carefully modeled sheep-face figures; one depicting a seated mother cradling her child, the mother highly decorated with a turban-style headdress, large earspools, shoulder pellets, beaded pectoral, and skirt - meticulously detailed with white pigment; another depicting a drummer, also painstakingly decorated, and lastly a petite standing female with outstretched arms and a curvaceous figure. Size: mother and child measure 3.5" W x 5.5" H (8.9 cm x 14 cm)

Provenance: Ex-Harvey Collection, acquired prior to 1972
