Description:

Egypt, Late Dynastic to Ptolemaic Period, ca. 664 to 30 BCE. A great ensemble of four mold-formed faience amulets, each with a narrow suspension hole perforating the body. First is an ovoid scarab with lustrous blue glaze and a bottom bearing two parallel incisions. Second is a majestic cat seated with a raised head atop an integral plinth. Third is a pair of wedjat (also wadjet or Eye of Horus) amulets, one accentuated with dark blue glaze and the other with faded green glaze. Size of largest (cat): 0.75" H (1.9 cm)
