Pre-Columbian, Peru, Tembladera phase, ca. 1000 to 400 BCE. Brown ware pottery seated figure holding both hands to his chest. Incised hairdo and wearing an incised wide collar type necklace. Some remaining traces of red and cream pigment highlights. A rare miniature example. Size: 3" H (7.6 cm).
