Description:

**Originally Listed At $450**

Native American, Midwestern & Southwestern United States, Late Archaic to Late Woodlands ca. 3000 BCE to 1500 CE. A group of three stone tools that are worked by human hands to serve a variety of purposes. One is a large, knapped teardrop shaped blade that may have been a hand tool for scraping and cutting. The midsized stone is perhaps a hoe blade - wedge shaped with a notch on the broad end where a wooden pole may have been hafted. The largest is a flat slab - its use is unknown - but it could have also been attached to a hefty pole as a farming / digging tool - it has rounded edges that appear smoothed from use. Size: 12" L x 6.5" W (30.5 cm x 16.5 cm)
