Native American, Western United States, Plains tribes, likely Cheyenne / Dakota, ca. late 19th to early-20th century CE. A necklace made from an assortment of teeth, old bone, and glass beads. The teeth have age and are worn down and may be bison or elk, and one piece is cut and the exterior brown with age - perhaps a fossilized tooth or tusk? The beads are strung on a cotton cord. Size of strand doubled: 30" L (76.2 cm); largest tooth: 1.8" L x 0.5" W (4.6 cm x 1.3 cm)
