Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Nayarit, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. A hand-built pottery figure seated with an upright posture and an amicable face. The beige-hued figure rests both hands atop wide thighs and a frontal skirt, and the incised coiffure is draped down past the nape of the neck and onto the clavicle. Size: 6.75" L x 9" W x 12.625" H (17.1 cm x 22.9 cm x 32.1 cm)
