Pre-Columbian, West Mexico, Nayarit, Ixtlan del Rio type, ca. 300 BCE to 300 CE. A hand-built pottery female figure who wears a short skirt while her pendulous breasts point towards the ground and emaciated ribs emanate out from her back. The woman has a pair of spherical bulges emanating from the corners of her mouth that signify her as being possibly elderly and/or deceased. Size: 6.75" L x 5" W x 9.875" H (17.1 cm x 12.7 cm x 25.1 cm)
