Las Bocas & Tlatilco. Ca. 1150 - 550 B.C. Four different heads, one hollow and three solid pottery examples. All with different hairdos and strong facial expressions. One example has a reattached piece on his forehead, one has surface weathering, and one has very minor loss on the tip of his nose. The hollow example with remaining red-brown painted highlights is intact, excellent example. Size: 2-3/4" - 3-1/2"H.

Provenance: Long Island, N.Y. collection. Ex. collection of Nancy and John Hyde Devoe, NYC. and N.J., active 1950's - 1970's.
