North America, Lawrence County, Arkansas, ca. 11500 BP (9500 BCE). Early fluted point that in early times lost a 5/8" (1.6 cm) section of the rear, but was reclaimed by its owner. Mounted in Ricker case and comes with Gregory Perino COA - perhaps the most noted authenticator of this material in the world. Clovis fluted points are named after the city of Clovis, New Mexico, where examples were first found in 1929. Size: 2.5" L (6.4 cm)
