Native American, Plains tribes, ca. 19th to early 20th century CE. A handmade ungulate bone attachment, made to be worn on a belt or strap, in the form of a horse with two large perforations on its lower body for attachment. The bone has worn to a wonderful dark patina. Size: 3" W x 1.6" H (7.6 cm x 4.1 cm)
