Roman, Imperial Period, 1st to 5th century CE. An abstractly-shaped bronze attachment with a broad loop on the back for suspension. This type of attachment may have been sewn onto a saddle or otherwise used decoratively. Could easily be turned into a necklace or barrette. Size: 1.7" W x 2.6" H (4.3 cm x 6.6 cm)
