Pre-Columbian, Columbia, Tairona culture, ca. 800 to 1000 CE. A stunning bracelet comprised of 19 ancient Tairona carnelian, agate, and quartz crystal beads carved in various forms - tubular, bullet, barrel, and lozenge shaped - and presenting an array of brilliant red, black, and white hues. They are arranged in a balanced design and fastened with a modern silver clasp. Length of strand: 8.5" L (21.6 cm); size of largest bead (wide grey tube): 1.45" W (3.7 cm)
