Pre-Columbian, Valley of Mexico, Tlatilco, ca. 1200 to 800 BCE. A petite and charming hand-built pottery Pretty Lady with ample hips and pointed breasts. Her visage is comprised of impressed eyes, mouth, protruding nose, and a headdress with a ridge down the center. Traces of red pigment on the head and mouth indicate this figure may have been vibrantly painted at one time. Size: 1.5" W x 4.125" H (3.8 cm x 10.5 cm); 4.5" H (11.4 cm) on included custom stand.
