Ancient Middle East. Ca. 1st millennium B.C. - 200 A.D. Group of nine pottery examples, including a grayware spindle bottle, with rim chips, otherwise intact. Two tapered globular bottles, brown ware with rim chips, and an orange ware with neck repaired from two pieces. Together with three different oil lamps, including a brown ware Egyptian example decorated in relief with two palm branches, makers mark impressed in base. Intact. An orange ware lamp missing spout tip and handle. A decorated Roman lamp, missing handle and a spout chip. Two different glass bottles, including an Islamic / Assyrian, deep emerald green color glass unguentarium, having an overall cut glass decoration. Repaired from approximately seven original pieces and a 3/4" partially patched hole on one side. A great color. Together with a glass flattened ovoid bottle, having a small opening at the top. Overall scattered iridescent surface patina. Finally, a miniature molded blue-green glazed faience pottery ushabti. Intact. Pottery bottles: 4-3/4" to 5-7/8"H. Oil lamps: 3-1/4" to 3-1/2"L. Ushabti: 1-3/4"H. Glass: 2-3/4" 7 3-3/4"H.
