Holyland. Ca. 100 - 200 A.D. Five different pottery avian rattles, having simple details, most have applied circular eyes. One has his head tucked in the center of his back, and one is depicted with a head for a tail. All have scattered surface deposits. One has a minor ancient chip on the pedestal foot rim, and the double headed example has a few stable hairlines. Size: 2"H. to 3-1/8"H.
